Amy is a graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture with a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She studied Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Japanese Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and other associated therapies. Amy holds certification in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from the National Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She holds a license from the Board of Medicine to practice Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Massachusetts. From 1995 to 2003, Amy worked at a progressive Physical Therapy practice specializing in manual therapy and exercise training. It is there that Amy's love for holistic approach began, and through her experience and education it has grown. Through her unique background and clinical experience, Amy works to integrate her techniques into each treatment. Amy looks forward to continue serving her community providing specialized holistic treatments through Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is especially motivated in helping individuals manage the effects of stress on their health and well-being. |
My mission is to integrate the years of experience I've had in manual therapy (myofascial, craniosacral, and other body work therapies including personal training), with my acupuncture and herbal training to provide and even deeper and more holistic form of care to each individual. |
